For a maximum of 11-speed shifting performance SRAM has equipped the affordable Rival 22 derailleur with all the technologies of Force and Red 22. Beside Exact Actuation™ technology for precise, efficient shifting throughout the extended gear range, SRAM has given and even refining tooth geometry of the jockey wheel. The result is that the chain that runs smoother and quieter than ever before.

Exact Actuation delivers even gear changes over the entire shifting range via a precise 3mm adjustment from gear to gear. The Rival's 1:1 actuation ratio is descended from SRAM's legendary MTB rear derailleurs. It weighs only 180g but features an all-aluminium cage that can stand up to any serious riders demands.
